Q: How can I contact Hotlashes for any question I have?

Q: Where is my order?

A: After you've placed an order, you will first receive a confirmation email and once the order is shipped you will then receive a second email with your shipping information and your tracking number. If you did not receive an email with your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order and view the tracking information.

Our priority is to always get your product to you as soon as possible. Hotlashes processes all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. That means that your order will not be picked up by courier to start its way to you until 2-3 business days after you’ve placed your order. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00AM PST, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and major holidays.

Q: How Can I Access My Previous orders?

Please visit our website our download our mobile app to log into your account. You can access your account through our customer portal 

 

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@hotlashes.ca as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. If your order is unfulfilled we will be able to assist you with the cancellation and refund process. 

Please keep in mind our customer service department hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm PST. We are is closed on weekends and major holidays.

 

 Q: What kind of guarantee do you offer on your products?

A: We happily offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our unopened lash products. All packages must be in their original packaging. Buyer must cover shipping to return the product.

 

Q: How are my products shipped?

A: USPS and USPS International. Also Fedex and DHL

 

Q: Do you Ship products Internationally?

 A: We do ship internationally, you can calculate your shipping prior to check out. If you are having issues selecting a shipping method for an international order you may contact us at info@hotlashes.ca and we may be able to assist you with an international shipment quote. 

International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied. 

Hotlashes is not be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
